Nissan's NV3500 HD passenger van is available in three trims: S, SV and SL. For 2016, this spacious work van comes in two new exterior color paints: Cayenne Red and Pearl White. For those looking for modern technologies, the Nissan Passenger van also comes well-equipped. It offers hands-free texting, NissanConnect with voice-activated navigation and mobile apps, Bluetooth audio, and a rearview monitor, all of which come standard on SL trims. In addition, if you're needing to haul a lot of people, this van has you covered by holding up to 12 people and providing up to 324 possible seating configurations.
Aside from these features, Nissan NV Passenger and NV Cargo vans come equipped with brawny engines that offer plenty of power. Shoppers can choose between a DOHC 32-valve V8 with 317 horsepower and a DOHC 24-valve V6 engine with 261 horsepower. S and SV trims are offered in V6 or V8 engines, while the SL model gets a V8.
Looking for a van that offers great gas mileage and storage options? Then look no further than the 2016 Nissan NV200 Compact Cargo, which has a 4-cylinder engine and gets an EPA-estimated 25 mpg combined (24 city/26 highway). Nissan NV reviews say that its compact design also makes it easy to maneuver and park. As for powertrain options, they are identical in both the NV Passenger and Cargo.
Additionally, you can mobilize your office with ease, thanks to the NV200's office-style center console with storage and its 40/60-split back doors and 20 interior cargo-mounting points.
If you need to haul more goods than people, the NV Cargo has a solution for that too. Featuring standard or high roof heights, between 234-323 cubic feet of cargo space and a large floor, Nissan's NV Cargo is a must-have for those needing elevated storage space in a work van.
This year, the cargo model comes with supplemental front seat-mounted side-impact airbags and roof-mounted curtain side-impact airbags, which come standard. Nissan NV Cargo 1500, 2500 and 3500 editions are also available in the Dallas area, and are offered in S and SV trim levels. The 2500 and 3500 models get the SL trim. Other notable features of all cargo models include water-resistant upholstery, a trip computer, 57 interior cargo-mounting hooks and rear doors that open 243 degrees to help make loading and unloading a breeze.
