TROPHY NISSAN "UGLY SWEATER" CONTEST

  1. No purchase necessary. Purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. Participants enter by posting a picture of themselves wearing an "ugly" Holiday sweater at Trophy Nissan, to Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, and must include "#TrophyUglySweaterContest" in the post. If selected as a winner, participants MUST be able to prove that the photo was taken at Trophy Nissan. Limit one entry (one social media post) per person. Contest is open to current residents of the US State of Texas only. Neither the sponsor nor any of its agencies are responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries.

  2. The winner will receive a $500 Visa Gift Card with an approximate retail value of $500. No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed. The Prize is nontransferable and non-assignable.

  3. The contest will begin on December 11th, 2015 and ends on December 24th, 2015, at 5:00PM CST. The participant whose post has the most social media interactions ("likes", "re-tweets/re-posts", "shares", "favorites", etc.) will be selected as the winner. Winning participant does not need to be present at contest expiration date.

  4. Sweepstakes open to anyone 18 years of age or older, except employees and immediate families of employees of Trophy Nissan, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. The decisions of the sponsor regarding this contest are final.

  5. The name of the winner will be disclosed as provided by law.

  6. The winner will be notified by Trophy Nissan through at least one of the participant's social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, or any combination of the three. Trophy Nissan will notify the winner within five (5) business days of the contest's end on December 24th, 2015, at 5:00PM CST. The winner must respond to Trophy Nissan and claim the Prize within 48 hours of being notified, or the Prize will be forfeit and go to the participant with the next-highest amount of likes, Tweets, or shares. In the event of a tie, all participants involved in the tie will be entered into a pool, from which Trophy Nissan will conduct a random drawing of one (1) name, ensuring equal opportunity to win among all tied participants.

  7. Acceptance of the Prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation.

By accepting the Prize, winner releases Trophy Nissan, its advertising and promotional agencies and each of their officers, directors, and employees, from any and all liability with respect to the Prize or any actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damage, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, or use of the Prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Prize or contest related activity, and winner also acknowledges that said parties have neither made, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, promise or guaranty, express or implied, relative to the Prize or otherwise.
