Trophy Nissan is the exclusive automotive sponsor at Memorial Stadium in Mesquite, one of the largest High School stadiums in Texas with seating for 20,000 people. At every home game Trophy sponsors a field goal kicking contest in which one lucky person can win $100 toward any service of their choice at our auto repair facility.
The Memorial Stadium was built in 1977 and has become the primary football field for five High Schools, including West Mesquite, North Mesquite, Mesquite, Mesquite Poteet and Mesquite Horn. Trophy Nissan's "Kick for Cash" contest takes place between the 1st and 2nd quarters at most home games and has developed into a popular part of the game experience within the MISD community.
At every home game, one person gets picked to kick a field goal, and if that person makes a 35-yard field goal they get $500 donated in their name to the home team's Booster Club. Plus, we award the winner with $100 toward any service of their choice at our dealership off the 635 and Galloway in Mesquite, TX.
