Thanks to a great new partnership, not only will you never have to pay for gas again, but for one year you also won't have to pay to charge your LEAF! Nissan and NRG eVgo have teamed up to offer a "No Charge to Charge" program that gives new LEAF buyers and lessees in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston free access to the city's vast network of eVgo charging stations, as well as free charging at Park 'N Fly locations in DFW and IAH airports!
Now through March 31, 2014, when you purchase a new LEAF at Trophy Nissan, you'll receive a free 1-year eVgo network subscription. Their Freedom Station EV charging sites are conveniently located along major freeways throughout the DFW Metroplex and Houston, and when you're going to or coming from the DFW or IAH airport, you'll also be able to charge your LEAF for free with the subscription.
All Freedom Station sites are open 24/7 and most are positioned near retailers, so during the day you can do a little shopping or grab a bite to eat while you wait for your car to charge. Each station includes:
- Level 2 EV Charger (240V): delivers range at a rate of approximately 12-25 miles per hour
- DC Fast Charger (480V): delivers an 80% charge to a Nissan LEAF in 30 minutes or less
