The all-new, completely redesigned 2015 Nissan Murano in Mesquite, scheduled to arrive at our dealership later this year, was recently honored by Popular Mechanics' editorial staff. The publication's 10 Most Important Cars of the 2014 New York Auto Show list featured Murano and, when stating why the SUV was added, editors declared their support of Nissan's "risk-taking" in a category where designs "tend to be pretty bland."
Stepping into its third generation, Murano maintains its edge and continues to prove that black sheep can offer mainstream appeal. Notable exterior highlights include a "V-Motion" nose, striking chrome grille, boomerang-shaped lights and an eye-catching roof, which has a dynamic floating look thanks to its cantilevered design. On the interior, the 2015 Nissan Murano in Mesquite has also received a significant reimagining; with increased cargo space, a substantially larger moonroof, new "Zero Gravity" seats and other changes, it feels more premium than ever.
"The new Murano is an attempt to shake up the segment with a look that's instantly recognizable," said PopMech editors. We agree and can't wait for the newly designed model to arrive at our dealership! Stay tuned for more details regarding the SUV's features, trims and powertrain options.
