We are very proud to announce that based on our Customer Service Index scores, Trophy Nissan’s service department has been ranked the best in the nation! CSI scores are calculated using surveys that assess how satisfied customers are with the repair and maintenance service they receive at car dealerships, and we’re elated to know that our score is the highest in the nation, reflecting just how happy our customers are!
On top of this, our Sales Satisfaction Index scores were also among the best in the U.S. We’ve been ranked No. 5 nationally! Similar to CSI scores, SSI rankings are calculated using surveys that measure how satisfied customers are with the new-vehicle purchase experience. To rank fifth in the nation is a huge deal and it’s an accomplishment we’re very proud of.
