
We are pleased to announce that Nissan has been named an official member of the global promotional campaign team for “Rogue One: A Star Wars Movie.” Lucasfilm chose Nissan, along with Gillette, Duracell, General Mills and Verizon, to be a part the upcoming film’s promo team in order to get Star Wars fans across the world excited for the movie's release on December 16, 2016.

"This first in a series of Star Wars standalone films represents an exciting new era for both Star Wars and Lucasfilm, and the partners joining us on this exciting journey have each designed a stellar campaign capturing the spirit and camaraderie of 'Rogue One.'"
It’s not yet known the nature of the promotional campaigns Nissan will be involved in, but we look forward to seeing and sharing them as they are revealed. As the first standalone “Stars Wars” movie to ever be created, we know fans are truly thrilled about its arrival and we are beyond proud to know Nissan will play a role in its release.
As expected, the Nissan Rogue will play a vital role in the campaign and will likely appear at several promotional events.
