The judges at KBB.com also noted the vehicle’s ability to maximize fuel without sacrificing power. It features an enhanced 3.5-liter V6 that makes 284 horsepower while maintaining 26 miles per gallon highway. Towing capacity tops off at 6,000 pounds when properly equipped.
The 2017 Nissan Pathfinder is available in S, SV, SL and Platinum trims. Standard, the vehicle is outfitted with 18-inch alloys, LED running lights, roof rails and rear privacy glass. Inside, there’s tilt/telescoping steering, Bluetooth, an 8-inch touchscreen and a USB media player interface. The Platinum gets all the bells and whistles, including 20-inch wheels, LED headlights, chrome exterior trim, heated seats, headrest-mounted displays, a USB port and a DVD player.
