Customer Service Representatives
Essential Duties:
Answers inbound sales calls from website and advertising sources.
Sets appointments from these calls for Sales.
Performs customer follow up.
Makes outbound phone calls to unsold customers.
Efficient in use of computer and CRM software.
Ability to manage time and work under limited supervision.
Must be willing to work Saturday.
Bilingual language skills a plus.

Body Shop Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
Prioritizes work to meet demands and customer needs; plans ahead to complete work in allotted time frames.
Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
Fills cavities and dents with putty or filler to attain smooth surface.
Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Three years experience in an auto repair facility required; more than five years preferred
Must be computer literate with working knowledge of ADP, CCC, Mitchell.
In-depth knowledge of entire automotive collision repair process
Be versed in proper frame manipulation
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be I-Car certified and have a current valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR report.
Nissan General Service Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
Road tests vehicles before repairs to verify customers concern and after repairs to verify repairs corrected customers concerns.
Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Preferred two years technician experience in a dealership setting.
Must be computer literate with working knowledge of ADP/Reynolds and Reynolds.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, maintenance schedules, and repair process.
Creative problem solving skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Documented history of providing outstanding customer service.
Must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
High School Diploma.
Proven knowledge and application of regulated and proper safety protocol.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Current, Valid drivers license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
ASE certified preferred
