What's New for the 2020 Nissan Rogue?

As a compact crossover, the Nissan Rogue has always been appreciated for its abundance of cargo space and safety features. And for the 2020 model year, Nissan does not tinker with the formula; there are virtually no changes in this edition.

Which Trims & Features are Available for 2020?

There are three 2020 Nissan Rogue trims, which are the S, SV, and SL. The vehicle has two rows of cloth-trimmed seats; the front row consists of a 6-way adjustable driver's seat and a 4-way adjustable passenger seat, and the rear has a 40/20/40 split-folding seatback. Other base-level features include cruise control, remote keyless entry, Bluetooth wireless connectivity for hands-free phone operation and audio streaming, the Advanced Drive-Assist Display (to reduce distraction on the road), Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, hands-free text messaging, a four-speaker stereo system with AM/FM radio and a CD player, MP3 and WMA playback capability, a three-month trial subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio, two USB ports and an auxiliary audio jack for hooking up portable devices, and NissanConnect infotainment integration with a 7-inch touchscreen.

At the SV trim level, the Rogue has front-seat heating, eight-way power with 2-way lumbar support on the driver's seat, dual-zone automatic climate control, smart key entry, push-button engine start, remote start, and a six-speaker stereo system (instead of four speakers). Exclusive to the SL are leather seat trim, a driver-side memory system, 4-way power on the front-passenger seat, auto-dimming ability on the rearview mirror, a garage-door opener, voice recognition technology, door-to-door navigation, trial subscriptions to SiriusXM Traffic and Travel Link, and a nine-speaker Bose stereo system. Also exclusive to the SL is a pair of NissanConnect Services trial subscriptions for conveniences such as automatic collision notification, remote door lock and unlock, roadside assistance, and stolen vehicle locator.

Driver-assistance technology consists of blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic alert, intelligent lane intervention, and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Added on the SV are rear sensors with the rearview camera and rear automatic braking.
