LEAF is once again setting new benchmarks in the green car segment, offering a 27 percent increase in range this year and new infotainment systems that provide "Innovation that Excites." While the entry-level LEAF S carries over with the same 24-kWh battery as last year, which still offers a respectable 84-mile all-electric range, the LEAF SV and SL get a brand-new battery with greater capacity.

The new 30-kWh battery enables the Nissan LEAF to travel up to 107 miles on a single charge according to recent EPA data. That's a significant boost that benefits LEAF owners who want to travel longer distances without having to worry about plugging in to charge up their cars. And, when charging the EV, the new battery makes the process speedier; you can now quick-charge the LEAF to 80 percent in approximately 30 minutes.

In addition to the new battery, the 2016 Nissan LEAF S gets the latest NissanConnect with Mobile Apps system and a 5-inch color touchscreen, while the LEAF SV and SL get NissanConnect with Navigation and Mobile Apps and a 7-inch color display. On top of this, three new exterior colors are offered this year – Forged Bronze, Coulis Red and Deep Blue Pearl.

As you can see there’s even more to love about the nation’s best-selling electric car! Look out for it at Trophy Nissan!
