The 59th Annual Mesquite Rodeo Parade is happening on Saturday, April 2, 2016, right in the heart of downtown Mesquite. Slated to feature an assortment of incredible floats and live entertainment, this year’s parade is expected to be one of the best to date and we encourage everyone to come out and support the longstanding Mesquite tradition.

Nissan has teamed up with Habitat for Humanity and Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) to build a brand-new home for a local Dallas veteran, Brenda Lopez. A current Army Reserve member, Lopez served with the 360th Brigade in Iraq back in 2008 and 2009.
Experience the vibrant sounds and dynamic choreography of Bandan Koro for free this month at the Mesquite Main Library! The Dallas-based African drum and dance troupe will be putting on a special performance at the library on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, and it's a great event for the entire family.
